The Metropolitan Nashville Public School System (MNPS) uses a PreK-4 standards-based report card system. Standards-based report cards:

  • Communicate detailed student progress and achievement to parents and students
  • Inform parents of MNPS standards and expectations
  • Align MNPS standards with reporting system
  • Provide consistency across the District with regards to grading
